Low back pain can be limited to just your lower back, or it can radiate across the entirety of your back. It can present as a dull ache, or a sharp severe pain. Lower back pain can also be classified as chronic or acute. Chronic back pain would mean that the pain has lasted longer than 3 months and oftentimes includes an aching pain. Acute back pain would usually be caused by a wrong movement and would usually present as more of a sharp, sudden, stabbing pain.

Stretching
Proper Footwear
Custom foot orthotics
Lift in shoes (if leg length discrepancy is the deemed to be the cause)
Avoid going barefoot
