Originally from Dallas Texas, Chase brings a fun, charismatic energy to the team. With a strong running and footwear background, Chase understands the need for the perfect fit of a shoe. His life philosophy is "just keep moving" and is passionate to help others do the same . He has worked in footwear for the better part of a decade and has helped numerous individuals in their journey for perfect shoes. When not at work Chase can be found enjoying the outdoors training for his next running event. or enjoying a slower pace with a cup of coffee with his partner and friends.
RUSSELL PENNOCK
Brace Fitter / Pedorthic
Russell completed his Bachelor of Science in Biomechanics at the University of Calgary, where he also ran for the Varsity track and field and cross country teams. Between his studies and training in Calgary, Russell worked at a running shoe store for close to a decade where he developed a deep knowledge of shoes. Using the combination of his academics and running background, Russell is passionate about helping people stay active to continue living life to the fullest. Formerly a high level triathlete, Russell still competes in running races and always has an event on the horizon. You can also find him hiking, cross country skiing, or at the tennis courts!

Originally from Kamloops, Capri moved to Kelowna to pursue her Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree at UBC Okanagan where she graduated in 2022 with her degree specializing in clinical exercise physiology. Having also obtained her STOTT pilates instructor certification, she brings a knowledge of postural and functional anatomy into her sessions with clients to create personalized, effective programs that reach their goals, manage pain, and improve their overall well-being. When not at work, Capri enjoys exploring the Okanagan's many activities, including paddle boarding, camping, and hiking.
JAN PALSEN

Jan was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, where she earned a bachelor degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary. Jan later moved to Jasper, Alberta where she raised children . Jan spent many years in a Fitness Leadership role, and had the opportunity to train and work with many people looking to enhance their health and well- being. Jan later spent over 20 years pursuing the sport of Triathlon , and has had the great good fortune to represent Canada at World Championship races. Jan is embracing all the Okanagan has to offer, spending time with family, walking her dog, skiing, snowshoeing, cycling and swimming.
ABIGAIL AMENDT

Abigail holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and is a Practicing Kinesiologist registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She is also a trained STOTT Pilates Instructor, bringing a movement-focused, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall wellness. Abigail is passionate about helping individuals build strength, confidence, and function so they can continue doing the activities they enjoy.
Originally from Saskatchewan, Abigail’s love for movement and the outdoors led her to British Columbia, where she eventually settled in Kelowna in 2021. Outside of the clinic, she supports local sporting events and teams as part of their medical staff and enjoys mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and backpacking. Her active lifestyle reinforces her belief that movement is a key component of long-term health and well-being.

Mariana is originally from Saskatchewan and most recently lived in Halifax, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Dalhousie University. She has a passion for retail and building meaningful connections with people, which led her to join Orthoquest. In her role, Mariana enjoys helping clients find the right footwear and compression garments to support their comfort and well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Mariana enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors on walks, and being around animals.
