We direct bill for ICBC, Worksafe, RCMP, DVA, NIHB and The Ministry, however at this time we do not directly bill to other private medical plans. If you are looking to get services or products covered under your extended medical plan, it is best to contact your insurance provider before coming to see us in order to confirm your coverage.
If you have an open claim with ICBC we will need to know your claim number, adjusters name, phone, fax and/or email to ensure you are eligible for Kinesiology services. Once, approved, we will contact you to book your initial assessment with one of our Kinesiologist and directly bill ICBC for all appointments. Note, in the unlikely case that you have not received approval prior to your first appointment you must be prepared to pay for your session.
You will need to bring your lawyers name and contact information with written approval that they will be responsible for covering your sessions/product. If you do not have this information you will be responsible for paying for your appointment.
