Our Pilates instructors are also practicing Kinesiologists – they are movement specialists who use exercise as a form of rehabilitation to treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions.

What Does a Pilates Session Look like?

Each pilates session is an hour-long class that is led by a certified Pilates instructor who will guide you through a series of movements and exercises using the Pilates reformer and/or mat to improve your posture, mobility and strength. We offer both private and semi-private options in person in addition to online group pilates classes. Pilates is ideal for:
